No peeps, this is Jeff's current love, Belgian model Anouck Lepere.

They have in fact been dating since 2005, but we just haven't seen them out and about much.

Rumour has it they are planning a trip down the aisle, although this has not been confirmed.

Jeff is the father of Kate's daughter Lila Grace, but he and Kate never made it to the 'I do' stage.


But could he be about to embark on a matrimonial journey with his next model, Anouck?
